Valley Storm Shelters™ is a leading designer and manufacturer of storm shelters. Our shelters are constructed to withstand 250 MPH ground speed wind equivalent to that of an EF-5 tornado and have been tested by the Texas Tech Wind Science and Engineering Research Center. Valley Storm Shelters™ is also a Producer Member of the National Storm Shelters Association (NSSA).

All Valley Storm Shelters™ are constructed using the strongest, highest quality materials available. Our shelters are constructed using ¼” steel plates and 4” C-channel. The 4” C-channel is welded to the ¼” steel plates on 24” centers on all four walls and the roof. Our above ground shelters also have solid steel floors and a vault quality door. Valley Storm Shelter’s™ anchoring system for above ground shelters utilizes Hilti anchors made of hardened carbon steel and zinc plated. These anchors are mounted through the steel floor every 12 inches on the entire inside perimeter of the shelter.

We understand that the purpose of installing a storm shelter in your home is to protect your family from harm. Our goal at Valley Storm Shelters™ is to provide our customers with the peace of mind that their family is safe in even the strongest of storms.
